What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and Debt cards, as well as local transfers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes we our 3rd party payment processors have 256bit encryption meaning they use the industry standards when processing your card.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are offered a refund on faulty goods, a refund will be returned to you within 14 working days after returning the goods.

How much is shipping?
Local deliveries are capped at 50 baht per order unless ordering via urgent, rates will depend on Grab or Lalamove at the time. International rates are calculated at checkout.
